I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Amanda.

I created TIG + ME when my daughter was two. After moving from New York City to Westchester and becoming a parent, I found myself searching for our “just right” place—a space where we could spend time together, feel at home and find a genuine sense of community.

I wanted more than somewhere that simply entertained her. I imagined a place rooted in education, imagination and creativity—somewhere immersive, intentional and inspiring. A place where she could learn through play, build confidence and develop a genuine love of learning.

I couldn’t find it. So, after a decade in fashion and alongside a thoughtful team of teachers, I decided to create it.

That place became TIG + ME.

My background is in design, fashion, branding and marketing, where I spent years bringing experiences to life—from multimillion-dollar productions and events to intimate celebrations. Along the way, I learned that the smallest details often make the biggest impact: the way a space feels, the way people connect and the memories they carry with them long after they leave.

When my son was born in 2020, that vision grew with our family. Seeing the world through both of my children’s eyes inspired me to create a place where every child could thrive—where they would feel free to imagine, move, create, explore and discover who they are.

At TIG + ME, every detail has a purpose. Every toy is thoughtfully chosen. Every class is intentionally designed. Every birthday celebration is created to feel unforgettable. We believe childhood shouldn’t be rushed or overstimulated. It should be filled with wonder, creativity, movement, meaningful play and endless opportunities to grow.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the extraordinary team that brings this vision to life. Together with certified teachers, experienced educators, registered nurses, musicians, artists, Amazing Athlete coaches and early childhood specialists, we create original curriculum and thoughtful experiences that nurture children’s social, emotional, physical and creative development.

More than anything, we hope TIG + ME becomes Your Playroom Away From Home—a place where children feel inspired, parents find community, friendships grow, birthdays are celebrated and families create memories they’ll carry with them for years to come.

what’s in the name?

TIG isn’t just my childhood nickname, it stands for Teach, Inspire, Grow—because those three things are at the heart of what we do. The ME? That’s your baby, your toddler, your big kid. It’s you, your partner, your caregiver, your people.

Kids are naturally ME-focused—and here, we celebrate that. We believe in meeting children exactly where they are and giving them the space and support to become who they’re meant to be.
