We are happy to offer returns. Please email us your order number and description of the problem, and we will guide you through our simple return process. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the sale date.
Please include your original receipt inside the returned box. The product must not have been used and in the same condition, you received. Items must be in the original undamaged box and packaging with all accompanying materials intact. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the refund.
Gifts are for store credit only.
Different rules apply to in-store sales. Please refer to your receipt.
All sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.
Please note that Tig + Me is not responsible for transit costs for returned items. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the return when processing the refund.
All furniture is final sale. Other items may be final sale. On these occasions, we will note it on the product's page.
